Исследование посвящено систематизации процесса формирования данной стратегии, охватывающего аналитическую, формирующую, реализационную и контрольную стадии. Анализируя иерархию стратегий и этапы формирования конкурентного потенциала предприятия, работа раскрывает их роль в повышении конкурентоспособности. Особое внимание уделено интеграции анализа стейкхолдеров и диагностики конкурентного потенциала, что отличает предложенный подход от традиционных, усиливая обоснованность стратегических решений и способствуя укреплению рыночных позиций предприятий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the context of increasing competition, the development of a strategy for developing the competitive potential of an enterprise is becoming an important tool for ensuring sustainability and market leadership. The research is devoted to the systematization of the process of forming this strategy, covering the analytical, formative, implementation and control stages. Analyzing the hierarchy of strategies and the stages of formation of the competitive potential of the enterprise, the work reveals their role in increasing competitiveness.
